Phone Issues Corrected.

PLEASE NOTE: We have been informed by the phone company that the problem we were having with our incoming calls being rerouted incorrectly has been fixed. You should be able to call in from any phone, cellular or land based, going forward. If you notice any problems with reaching us by phone, please let us know. Re: MISSED PHONE CALLS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding our phones:
We have received a number of comments from customers saying they have tried to reach us by phone but all it does is ring continuously without anyone answering. We recently switched our phone service from Frontier to Charter and have learned this afternoon that local land line calls from Frontier customers are being transferred to an old # by Frontier instead of being transferred over to Charter as they are supposed to be. We are currently working on trying to get Frontier to resolve this problem on their end. Your calls are very important to us and we apologize for this inconvenience. We are open our normal hours still. For reaching us by phone, it is best to call from a cellular phone or a non-Frontier based phone #. We will notify once this problem has been corrected.
